FSForce accessing a lot the HDD ?

Post by Emile » Wed Feb 28, 2007 9:06 pm

Hello,
Using Task Manager I "see" FSForce is making a lot of I/O reads when active with FSX.
Why so many?

FYI : when an aircarft is removed from the FSX aircrafts or Rotorcrafts , they are not remoded from the FSForce Profile Manager.
How to remove?
Thanks in advance.

Here's the official explanation of what the I/O Reads number means : "The number of read input/output operations generated by a process, including file, network, and device I/Os"

That means all SimConnect traffic is included, and all communication with the joystick.

Regarding removing aircraft, that is a current limitation of FS Force. You'll have to remove aircraft manually by editing the .cfg file, which can be found in All Users/Application Data
