Autopilot follow A2A Planes

Post by cfdog » Tue Aug 11, 2015 4:27 am

I am assuming that the Autopilot Follow does not work with A2A planes, happens to be the only planes I fly.

If this is the case can the yoke then be configured thru FSUIPC rather that the P3D menu/controls,or is there another purpose to have the flight sim configure the yoke.

By chance is there any updates in the future that may correct the flight following to work with some of the more popular aircraft designers rather that stock P3D.

Thanks Russell

I've never done any testing with FSUIPC. I have a feeling you will lose other functionality, possibly all FF, if you configure through FSUIPC rather than the sim, but I have no hard data to back that up with. You could try setting it up the way you want and then make sure you have all the basic FF functions, like centering force, vibrations, hard landings, etc.
