Hello,
I'm wondering about uninstall my FS2004 and install my FS2002. Does FS Force support this procedure? Do I need to activate it in FS2002 once again?

Yes, you can do that. After you install FS2002, just re-install FS Force into the same folder. You shouldn't have to re-activate.
