Activation Help.

hi,i just recived my key code but when i try to activate i recive an error and it says there was an error and activation did not take place.i am using the regular activation process and am connected at the time.thanks for any help.

What was the error message? I can see on my server logs your attempts to activate, so the information was being sent, ok, it just didn't get back to your computer for some reason. You can activate by email as an alternative if you want, but if you want to take the time to diagnose this problem, that would be ok too ... might help other people who run into the same problem.

hello russ,i shut off my firewall and it was a successful activation,but when istarted fs i got the free trial message.so i guess i will just have to wait and see.just to thank you for saving my ff from being thrown out the window,i am very satisfied.if you have anymore insight,its appreciated.thanks.
